1981-founded by Robert Dalton and Daryl Anderson in a garage on Monterey Road in Morgan Hill, California as a job shop, specializing in welding and manual machine work
1985-Moved to a larger facility on Jolene Way in Morgan Hill
1988-With Silicon Valley in full boom, an even larger facility is required, as D&A moves into the Concord Circle building, followed by the large complex on Church St.
1992/3-D&A Spray is founded in San Martin, CA as the company moves into the powder coat and wet paint business
1997-D&A merges the Spray and Engineering businesses together, becoming one of the early one-stop-shops to be able to take a product from the drawing board to cutting the material and assembling it to painting it all in one location.
2000-Moved into the current 15,000 sq. ft building in San Martin, CA
2005-Purchased the building and land, making San Martin home
